Timbertown Winery is set in the historical Timbertown Heritage Village on the outskirts of Wauchope. This winery is Bago Vineyards' associated winery where the marjority of Bago Vineyards' fortified wines are barrel aged.

As well as a maturation cellar, Timbertown Wines through its Erwin Cellars produces and markets some unique products that are only sold through Erwin Cellars. 

Blacksmith Ruby Fire-  A young (ruby) port wine that is bottled in its first twelve months and made soley from the Chambourcin grape variety.

Barrel Aged (Tawny) White Port-  A white port made from Verdelho grapes, matured in oak barrels for a minimum of ten years and processed through a traditional solera system.  

Granny's Muscat- A sweet white
fortified based on muscatel grapes
blended with our own white fortified
wines by secret recipes.  

Wild Lime Liqueur-  An unique citrus liqueur from local sports of the citrus family found only in the Hastings River Region. This liqueur has a highly acid finish and is used as a refreshing mixer for summer drinks.  This liqueur is only made in small quantities and is available on a seasonal basis.
