A vintage white fortified wine made from Verdelho grapes giving the flavour of a young tropical fruit salad wine in its formative years but developing to a nutty darker style as it bottles ages.

We consider Verdelho the foremost of our white grapes for producing an aged fortified and believe that this vintage white port will outlive us all and live into the next century. The dark blue bottle selected for the maturing of this vintage port has been picked to highlight the quality of the wine inside the bottle as well as protect it from light sources for its trip through the decades.

Tawny Port (Olde Loggers Port)

Bago's tawny port is always a blend of older and recent ports and the average age can exceeding 10 years.

The basis of the port is our main grape variety, Chambourcin, and can include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and some of our secret fortified wines.
