We have only one hectare of this red variety which is used exclusively in the production of white sparkling wine.

This area is excellent for sparkling base Pinot Noir which is best harvested in its youth.

This is provided by the long ripening days and cool to warm ripening period with summer daytime temperatures rarely going above 28° C with high humidity.
